Our team was requested to design and executed a project to convert brand-new basic TATA Yodha Light Trucks to reasonably comfortable and safe pickups for both commercial and personal use. The upgraded design of the truck featured Upgraded Exterior/Interior Styling, Air Conditioning, Electric Windows, Central-Locking with Remote-key, Reclining Seats, DVD player/ 3-Cameras, etc that were all managed within a set budget.

The Tourer version of the Mercedes-Benz Citan MPVs came with two tiltable sunroofs and one large fixed-type sunroof. It has not been designed with or with any provision to fix curtains or shades. Therefore, it wasn’t easy to sell in tropical countries. We were given a contract to provide a total solution by designing, developing, manufacturing, and installing a suitable shading system.

A challenging project to enhance engine power & convert the Manual Transmission to Automatic of a TATA Indigo Sedan. The Factory-fitted 75bhp TATA petrol engine & Manual Transmission System was replaced with a 140bhp TOYOTA Intercooler TURBO petrol engine & compatible TOYOTA Automatic Transmission System.

The most prominent problem with this vehicle model is the design of its face. Many customers were reluctant to purchase mainly because of this reason. At our SiwBan Design Studio, we designed and developed this unique Bumper-Cover with embedded Daytime Driving Lamps (DRL), Fog Lamps, and Skid plates according to our own concept to eliminate the odd look of these vehicles. The new Face-lift Kit caught the eye of many and became popular in no time.

Genio is a commercial Crew-Cab Truck with a Flat-Bed Cargo compartment manufactured by the Indian Automaker Mahindra & Mahindra. The main negative point of its aesthetic look was the absence of rear wheel arches. This modification was part of an upgrading & value-adding project to rectify that and convert it to be suitable for both Commercial & Personal use.
